Biologico e certificazioni /Organic and certifications
Con le nuove leggi sul biologico, dall'annata '09 in poi, i nostri vini sono certificati BIO, infatti la nuova legge permette la certificazione dei vini con quantità di solfiti limitati.
Si fa notare che seppure in Europa abbiamo la certificazione sul biologico, negli Stati Uniti questa seguirà le leggi americane specifiche, e usando una quantità di solfiti limitata, negli Stati Uniti avremo la certificazione con apposita dicitura "Made with Organic Grapes, contains Sulphites = 75% Organic".
Commento di Peter (il proprietario): i vini di alta qualità richiedono solfiti per garantire il loro invecchiamento.
With the New Organic Laws both the 2009 & 2010 Vintages will be certified
Organic. The New Law permits certification of wines with limited sulphites.
It is important to note that although in Europe we will be certified Organic, in the U.S.A. our organic certification follows American law and as we use limited sulphites, in the U.S.A. we will be certified “Made with Organic Grapes, contains Sulphites = 75% Organic”.
